River City Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Jerri Knowles to Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager of its Rome Office. Previously serving as Assistant Branch Manager, Knowles will oversee daily branch operations and lead the Rome retail team in delivering the personalized service and relationship-focused banking that define River City Bank.

A Rome native, Knowles brings more than 35 years of community banking experience, including previous roles in branch management and consumer lending. Throughout her career, she has built lasting customer relationships through personal attention, knowledgeable guidance, and a commitment to understanding each customer’s needs.

Knowles is also actively involved in the Rome community, serving as treasurer for Etowah GYSTC. She and her husband, Jay, are members of Pleasant Valley South Baptist Church, where she sings in the choir. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, listening to podcasts, visiting the beach, and cheering for the Atlanta Braves.
