Marketing Support & Client Services Associate – Full Time

This position has the overall responsibility of providing quality service to customers both on the phone and during any personal interaction at the bank. Responsibilities will be answering incoming calls and responding to those as necessary, answering questions and assisting customers as needed. This position will also assist in coordinating and assisting with the local marketing initiatives of the markets working alongside the Director of Marketing.

IT Manager – Full Time

The IT Manager would help identify, analyze, and support all information technology, including digital and electronic products and services. Provide excellent customer service to our internal customers by monitoring and maintaining the local administration of the organization. In supporting the Director of Information Technology, this position would be available for backup purposes. The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and be comfortable in a changing environment.

Wealth Advisor – Full Time

The Wealth Advisor will focus on financial planning, money management, insurance and investment sales & is responsible for establishing value-added relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and to offer solutions for those needs. The duties include meeting with clients to provide an investment plan by gathering their financial data & developing plans based on their goals, risk tolerance & time horizon. Additional duties include business development for new client acquisition, as well as bank branch team training & development.

Accounting Operations Specialist – Full Time

The Accounting Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing finance and support functions for the accounting/HR departments including: preparing daily and monthly general ledger reconciliations, handling accounts payable, supplies ordering, shareholder accounting, IRS and DOR reporting for accounting/payroll purposes, and posting of daily batch files.
