River City Bank is pleased to announce the opening of a new branch location in Blairsville, Georgia at 206 Highway 515, at the intersection near Ingles and CVS, and next door to Chick-Fil-A. The location is expected to open in 2022, immediately following the completion of the construction process, converting the former Fatz restaurant to a full-service branch. The opening date as well as the ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration for the branch will be announced closer to the completion of construction.
In late 2020, River City Bank expanded its markets into Blairsville by opening a location just off the downtown square at 215 Blue Ridge Street, Suite A to operate as a Mortgage and Loan Office, offering comprehensive personal and business loan products and services. “We have already experienced tremendous success in Union County,” stated Market Executive, Andy Williams. “We have a great team of bankers who are true financial partners with our clients, and we are thrilled to expand and offer a complete suite of products and services from a community bank here in Blairsville,” stated Senior Vice President, Scott Nanney.
