River City Bank announces the recent promotion of Scott Nanney to Market President in Blairsville, Georgia. Scott joined the River City team in November 2020 as Senior Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager at the bank’s Mortgage and Loan Office in Blairsville. River City Bank’s full-service Blairsville office is scheduled to open this Spring at 206 Highway 515.

Scott is a cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Finance. He is also a graduate of the Georgia Banking School in Athens, Georgia. Scott has served the North Georgia market for the past 18 years as a commercial and consumer lender.
