River City Bank is proud to announce the promotions of Rebecca Gilliam and Sandra Mayo. Gilliam has been promoted to Vice President, Director of Marketing, and Mayo to Vice President, Director of Information Technology.

River City Bank is proud to announce the addition of William S. Wade as Senior Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager. Andrew Williams recently attended the 2021 on-campus session of the Georgia Banking School as a first-year student. Established in 1961, the Georgia Banking School is a three-year specialized school run by the Georgia Bankers Association.

Rebecca Gilliam, Director of Technology & Digital Services, has earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. This certification is offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is recognized throughout the world as the gold standard of project management. A PMP is an experienced project manager who is certified and trained to direct teams toward a project goal.
