River City Bank is proud to announce the promotions of Rebecca Gilliam and Sandra Mayo. Gilliam has been promoted to Vice President, Director of Marketing, and Mayo to Vice President, Director of Information Technology.

River City Bank is proud to announce the addition of William S. Wade as Senior Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager. In his role as Commercial Relationship Manager, Will’s responsibilities will include identifying and expanding business relationships, and delivering financial products and services to both new and existing clients in North Georgia.

River City Bank hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening celebration on August 3rd at its new Mortgage and Loan Office in Union County, Georgia. The easily accessible location is just off the square in downtown Blairsville at 215 Blue Ridge Street, Suite A.

Java Joy and their “Joyristas” spent the afternoon at River City Bank serving up smiles and ice cream to customers, employees and members of the community. We always enjoy our time with the Java Joy team!

Andrew Williams recently attended the 2021 on-campus session of the Georgia Banking School as a first-year student. Established in 1961, the Georgia Banking School is a three-year specialized school run by the Georgia Bankers Association.

Rebecca Gilliam, Director of Technology & Digital Services, has earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. This certification is offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is recognized throughout the world as the gold standard of project management. A PMP is an experienced project manager who is certified and trained to direct teams toward a project goal.

River City Bank hosted a special event with some extra special “joyristas”. The Java Joy team brought much needed smiles to our staff and clients, and we were able to enjoy a coffee break while social distancing. 

River City Bank announces it has opened a mortgage and loan office in Blairsville, Georgia. The office is in the heart of Blairsville, near the square, at 215 Blue Ridge Street, Suite A and will be open to clients beginning November 2, 2020.
